Motherfucker is a memorial to the final scenes in the movie The Long Kiss Goodnight by Renni Harlin 1996. In the film’s final scene, the heroine rescues her daughter and 10 000 peoples and kills the villain who is also the father of her child. The scene shows the moment when she manages to combine her two identities as mother and professional murderers. The work is built in an old warehouse outside Stockholm. The Memorial consists of eight parts corresponding to each batch of its final scene. One of the parts is a film with the chorus Sweptaways. They perform, dressed as super-heroines, replicas from the film script to a tune of Dolly Parton’s song You’re Something Special.
